appRazr is a self-serve mobile and desktop app that provides automated and human intelligent valuations for homeowners, mortgage brokers, investors, and lenders. Here’s how it works:
For homeowners and brokers:
1. Send the property address, an email address, and mobile number to [email protected]
2. A text message with a preliminary property value range based on third-party computer algorithms and property data obtained from public sources is sent to your mobile device. If we are unable to return a value range, please refer to Step 4 below.
3. A pdf report that includes the property details and the estimated value range can be sent by email to your Inbox (for $9.99 per property)
4. If any property details contained within the report are inaccurate, or an automated value estimate is believed to be inaccurate or unavailable, we can send an invite to download appRazr to provide us with updated photos and information about the property, or arrange for an appraiser to view the property to obtain the necessary data (a viewing fee relative to the property location will apply)
5. Once the data is received, we will assign a local appraiser to complete an opinion of value about the property based on the information provided or obtained (an appraisal fee relative to the property location will apply), or;
6. For brokers that submit appraisal requests with appraisal management companies, the property data can be uploaded to the AMC’s portal as part of your request
For lenders and investors:
1. Send the property address, an email address, and mobile number to [email protected]
